Pros
The leads are kind, understanding, and hard working. HR seems to be willing to work with you. The stores are so short-staffed if you want to learn anything and everything about how the store works you can just by putting forth the effort.
Cons
If you do your job they'll give you more work, more responsibilities, expect more from you and give you absolutely nothing in return. I worked two years as a part time lead being told to expect a raise and benefits only to find the light at the end of the tunnel was a train and found all the promises to be false. The promises are almost all false and now instead of giving raises they just call people specialists and give them more work with no real hope just a shiny sounding title.
