Pros
If you are a people person and like to have several responsiblities this is the place to work. Flexible hours are available for part time people, and there is a chance for rapid advancement to full time.
Cons
Each store expects more of employees than corporate. It is difficult to keep up with the work to which you are assigned because you are expected to do the duties of several other people as well. This is especially true of full time associates. Then if you cannot keep up with your own department because of all the extra duties, expect to receive bad reviews and be told you have an attitude problem. Corporate values are not held at store level.
