Low Pay, Unhappy with Environment - Hourly Manager Kmart Employee Review

Very Low Pay, No Raises (Minimal if anything, and then they'll take it back... it's happened.), Bad Customer Service, Rude Employees, Stores are usually messy, Horrible Managment etc. Worked there for 2 years, always on time, good employee, came in early and left late... how did they thank me/. - Laying me off 3 weeks before I was scheduled to go on maternity leave. And told me I could reapply for a part time position for less than half the hours and less money. No thanks.
