Pros
While attending the Store Managers Academy in Hoffman Estates, IL, we were picked up from the airport on a Limousine. We were flown 20 times across the country to train and be certified at different facilities. The senior leadership if fantastic. They are always willing to change to improve the company's image.
Cons
The field supervisors (District Mgrs, Regional VPs, etc) fail to execute the teachings given to the Store Manager Trainees at the Academy, which in the end, would make the company more profitable and with a better image. The ones who have been in position and are on the verge of retirement within the next 5 years, want things to remain the same.
