No Work/Life balance (as a Store Manager, you typically worked 60+ hours a week, 70+ after Thanksgiving). Very limited staff to handle daily operations and run an efficient business. Below average compensation for the amount of time you spend. A brand that no longer is identifiable with the general public and a name that even the employees no longer hold strong values for.
