Pros
Long breaktime, nice coworkers, good hours on check, loyal to customers, employee discount was good. They train you all around the store instead of one place.
Cons
alot expected from employees, hours were long , they need to upgrade or improve their stores. Need to train their managers/ leaders better. Didn't get pay for everything as in Layaway rates.
