      Pros

      Give you freedom to create your own schedule and working 48 hours is usually possible if you manager your unit correctly.

      Cons

      With company downsizing it reduces the available openings for you to advance in the company. Though payroll is always a challenge it is becoming tougher than ever and basic needs are not being meet.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
