Business Outlook
Pros
Easy to get time off. Great management team. Very flexible hours. Store size and cleanfulness is great compared to other Kmart stores. Overall, fun co-workers. Paid vacations, even for part-timers.
Cons
Though I don't want full-time hours, alot of employees do-and it's not to be seen. Alot of employees don't do all perspectives of their job, leaving it for others to have to clean up for them. Pay is not real great, but I feel many other benefits that come with the job more than compensate for that.
