Pros
In my particular store, very kind coworkers and managers, managers are very understanding when it comes to work-related injuries and tend to give you generous time off, and usually the store is rather quiet so you don't get overwhelmed.
Cons
Incredibly old computers and system, no pay raises, few hours, rewards system is confusing and difficult for many older customers which results in lower rewards percentages.
