Pros
Work was completed at my own pace. Never had to deal with other employees in your section, only 1 worked electronics at a time.
Cons
Management doesn't use the tools the company provides. Inventory system was never used, registers provided ability to check stock in back-room or other stores but count was useless because no one scanned product into the system.
