      Pros

      Openness and Collaboration (Culture) The internal culture is characterized by high levels of openness and mutual helpfulness. This creates an accessible atmosphere where employees feel supported and can easily share knowledge. Training and Integration (Onboarding) The onboarding process is excellently organized. New hires are inducted efficiently and thoroughly, ensuring a quick and successful integration into the team and organization. Recognition and Focus (Sales) Despite the commercial focus, there is a strong sales culture with great emphasis on personal recognition and appreciation. Achievements are acknowledged and rewarded, which keeps employees motivated and ensures their contributions are valued.

      There are no significant negative aspects or areas for improvement (N/A) observed that detract from the overall positive experience.

      Pros

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      Cons

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
