Pros

Higher pay for no experience

Cons

Everything else including the kindergarten atmosphere and the crazy religion that almost all managers belong to. They def control their PR image like their religion does.

First, we would like to share the fact that KnowBe4 has a ‘No Religion and No Politics policy’. While everyone is free to practice their own beliefs, those beliefs are not to be discussed during business hours and in no way impact our company culture or the way our organization is run. We treat all employees the same regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation. We also treat all of our employees like adults. We practice radical transparency with all our employees instead of keeping them in the dark. We exercise extreme ownership - a mentality which has lead amazing teams such as the Navy Seals to success. Even our open paid time off policy shows that we trust our team members to be mature adults and do what is needed to take care of themselves while still pushing production. I’m sorry you feel that KnowBe4 is not the right place for you, and I wish you the best of luck in all of your future endeavors!

Pros

not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

Cons

executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
