It is also important to note that our monthly bonus game is separate from base pay. All employees at KnowBe4 have a competitive base pay, which is adjusted yearly based on inflation. Though, we certainly tell candidates to consider our bonus program when considering employment at KnowBe4, as our bonuses are quite large. Through our monthly bonus plan, every employee (subsequent to the first 90 days of employment) can earn between $0 and $2,000 per month based on sales. We started this in 2015. Since then, the lowest it has been is $7,500 per person in a year and the highest it has been is $17,800 per person in a year. This is definitely a factor to take into account when evaluating total compensation packages.
