      Pros

      I love working at knowbe4 because it's a company that allows you to learn and grow. We are actually encouraged to study an hour a day so as to learn more and increase our skills and this is something I have never had in any previous company and has allowed me to add certifications and increase my knowledge. In addition to this Knowbe4 really invests in its people, your not just another cog in a massive wheel the company culture is really great and your opinions are valued.

      Cons

      To be honest I personally have not experienced anything I would consider a con and I really mean that.

      Pros

      not many pros left with the current leadership and direction, but it's still a good place to work to learn about the industry and gain skills

      Cons

      executive leadership and the equity ownership have taken this company to the gutter sadly, there isn't any culture left and the product keeps getting worse with only more hype about how they're on top of the AI revolution. Almost all the leaders and thinkers who made KnowBe4 great have left or were pushed out, which is normal with a CEO change but the folks taking on "change management" are clueless about the business and about the teams they're in charge of. The product needs to regain it's quality and customer friendly design, right now it's losing out to smaller vendors and issues are continually overlooked.
