Pros
I have worked at two different Kohl's stores and the biggest thing I noticed is that there are run very differently, no two stores are ran the same. At one, if you wanted more hours they would definitely give it to you, the other would randomly cut you hours but then still call you in to work. Biggest pro is the discount that is stackable with other coupons, it might seem small for 15% but it can get up to 55% during certain times.
