Pros
Great management with excellent communication. Awesome atmosphere to work in. Such a successful business, if you work hard and go above and beyond you will be recognized. Great benefits from health, dental, retirement options, to ways to get laptops and big screen tvs (and other electronics) given to you and a small ammount deducted from your weekly paycheck. Great place to work for me.
Cons
Alot of the employees there don't feel the same way... Some seem aggrivated with management. Not alot of training, they just throw you in there (me anyways) But that's the way I like to learn. I don't learn good doing a bunch of computer courses. But there is an easy way to get an answer if you don't know what to do... Ask- and management is always there to help you out.
