Pros

Getting Paid every week and being able to eat lunch without leaving the property.

Cons

Some of the challenges of working at Kroger is that you have to fight to become a full-time employee and the management was horrible, the hours they give for a family to survive is horrible, front end managers are unprofessional, and the workers that they hire are not people oriented.
