      Pros

      Easy to get a job and have a relatively consistent hours. Also gives a 25 cent raise every 6 months.

      Cons

      Stops raises at $12/hr. for part-time employees but doesn't hire full-time at my location. Current management seem unconcerned about helping loyal employees make ends meet. Hardly ever has the appropriate amount of people to manage all the work that needs to be done.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      Cons

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
