Pros

For the people who have been with the company for 15 years or more we have pretty good benifits. (the standard 80/20 split) pluse up to 6 weeks vacation. for those hired after 1995 they don't get all the benifits and are caped at 3 weeks vacation at this time. It should be noted WE ARE UNION. so a lot of this is governed by the contract.

Cons

where to start. we have not had profit sharing in over 10 years and befor that they were pretty small checks. But look how much the company makes! anyone hired now is going to be part time for at least 12 to 15 years. You will also have lilmited benifits with few paid holidays (and you will work them all exept chistmas) and only 3 weeks vacation after 8 years(dont expect to get summer weeks either) also I hope you like paper work. and being treated like a kid

Pros

• Generally work with fantastic people. • Work is not difficult, and time flies when busy. • My bosses collaborated with me to create a schedule that worked, as I often had other commitments. • Overall, a pleasant work experience most days. Get good at what you do and you'll do fine.

Cons

• Some of the senior management was less friendly than others - as to be expected. • Days were very volatile; some could be extremely easy, and others could be a nightmare. • Scheduling was kept rather limited; although I was able to get the hours I wanted, often times management would look to cut hours from departments whenever possible, leaving less support.
