      Pros

      They work easily with your schedule. Hours are flexible. Does not demand alot but still requires you to be early and on time when you're supposed to be, like every job does.

      Cons

      The customers are over privileged by Kroger and when one thing goes wrong, they will blow up in your face. When they do, it is a rare moment that management will take your side.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      Cons

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
