Pros

Pay is average for a retail health position. You will have all of the supplies and tools you need to do your job. Marketing manager is really nice and does a great job.

Cons

The management team is not supportive of the providers. We are treated like a medical assistant, or an low-wage hourly employee. I have never been fired or written up by an employer, and am not a "trouble maker", but am so unhappy with this company's treatment that I felt moved to write this review. We receive very demeaning and threatening emails from management with follow up emails with a bullying tone from our "medical director" We were told this week that we have to see every patient that walks in the clinic, and if we have to stay late, "so be it". (This is after a 11 hour shift!!!) The medical director followed up by saying if we don't like it to find another job. They also micromanage the clinic terribly. I have never been micromanaged so bad in any job in my life. Bottom line, if you don't mind being devalued and constantly watched by management in a position that should be autonomous, this is the place for you.
