Pros
Not too many pros... but the company has a loyal customer base and a quality product. The company seems to care about the environment and doesn't test on animals.
Cons
Unbelievably disorganized. The company's method of handling problems is to ignore them and hope they will go away. The training is lacking, the sales goals are unfair and unreachable, the management is corrupt. There is no loss prevention department and the HR department is a joke.
