Some good people. You can tell some people really like what they do and are good at it.

Cons

Bullies. I’ve never worked somewhere where managers were more childish than the employees. They talk bad about people all day, gossiping and acting like no one can hear them, and giving special treatment to employees they’re friends with. If you’re not best friends with your manager, don’t even bother. It’s like kindergarden, and HR doesn’t care. If you go to HR they treat you like an inconvenience and never actually help. For how cheap this company is, it’s not worth leaving and feeling bad every day.

Pay on time, good communication

Cons

In early may they changed the way the route the calls without letting the interpreters know what was going on and then they stop sending calls suddenly and pretty much forced the interpreters to lower the rate of pay to get calls, which was very dishonest and disrespectful to interpreters that have worked for years in the company, that greed is going to fire back because they lower the interpreters moral and now a lot of old interpreters are planning to leave the company
