Pros
This was a good, stable company to work for. It had all the benefits of a large company, and the people were friendly. Since everyone is required to take some general proficiency tests before hire, there is a satisfactory level of competency shared by all staff. Everything is very structured and you always know what to expect.
Cons
Some people seemed ready to complain about anything, but I never shared their sentiments. I didn't have any negative experiences working here. They are very by-the-book, and there isn't a lot of office politicking.
