Pros
The people are great. Company survived the recession well. Lots of nice little touches, like they give you $50 cash on your birthday.
Cons
The expect you to work hard. Sometimes the emphasis on quality keeps a lot of pressure on. It's too bad that training is sometimes seen as something easy to cut.
