Drive time to job sites (can be 4 hours plus each way).
On call every other week / weekend. That’s correct, you have to work 12 consecutive days before you get 2 days to yourself.
Pay is low.
Dispatch blatantly lies to you saying your manager said you have to do the dispatch when they never spoke to your manager in the first place. Even after you just did a 12 hour shift.
The company takes 1 hour of drive time away from you every day, and of course you don’t get paid for it. They’re literally taking your worked hours away from you.
High turn over rate.
They care more about their dispatch center than the people doing the actual physical labor, and half of the jobs are rescheduled for the next day because dispatch has no idea what they’re doing.
