- timesheet!! And those project codes! - Okta! How many times do I need to authenticate! - PI Planning - so much going on, it’s insanely hard to “plan” with no clarity. We just commit and hope for the best. - getting access to anything is very confusing - wikis are very unorganized and lots of stuff written were never true or outdated. - High turnovers and org changes - non friendly tone and behaviors are very welcomed and rewarded here. - half of the company are contractors and so many are offshore. Getting an answer can take many days. - too many initiatives at once, people are rushing and don’t have time to test properly
