There is a lot of pros when it comes to LensCrafters. There is a lot of support on the training side and I believe they stand behind their brand. Health and dental insurance actually more affordable than most. Pay is a lot better than all their competitors. The culture is branded within the company it is one of the most positive environments I have been in, PTO is good and get 1 eyewear voucher after being there a year.
