      Customer interactions. Very flexible with personal life. Benefits are great, free pair per year. Commissions are awesome.

      full time considered to be 30+ hours. hours are cut if business is low

      Very tight window for expected time on certain in-house jobs. Lab no longer at the Monterey location. Steep learning curve.
