Pros

Supportive Culture & Mentorship: TechStart provides a strong, supportive environment for new grads to transition from university, with helpful colleagues and managers. Work-Life Balance: Many employees highlight flexible hours and a hybrid work model. Learning & Growth: The program offers structured training and opportunities to work on diverse, meaningful, and modern tech projects.

Cons

Lower Compensation: Pay is frequently described as lower, especially compared to specialized tech companies. Slow Career Progression: The promotion process is described as corporate, slow, and sometimes favoring tenure over skill.

Pros

Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

Cons

Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
