      Benefits are very attractive and competitive.

      Cons

      Too many obstacles to apply for a different position or better position. HR and management does not give the necessary support to allow you to move around within the company. Managers not friendly or skilled.

      Loved my direct team members and managers, they were amazing, benefits are great, learned a lot!

      Unfortunately it’s the senior management teams that is out of touch that is causing the mass turnover and issues, I’m now a senior executive at another carrier and I’m seeing many very talented experienced Liberty complex adjusters being forced and pushed out due to obvious targeting tactics that Liberty does; they have been sued for this issue on numerous occasions, so this behavior needs to stop.
