      Pros

      There are no pros for this company. They spend all this time talking and very little time actually doing anything to grow the personal trainers business. Their business plan consists of harassing people that are working out and just want to be left alone.

      Cons

      Provide no help to personal trainers and no job security. Horrible business plan to grow business. Stay away.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
