Pros

Good opportunity for bonuses Good opportunity for growth If you're passionate about health and fitness their mission statement/ideology is something you can really get behind If you plan to grow with the company they will support you and help you along the way

Cons

Work life balance- I work 45-50 hours a week. No opportunity for overtime pay. Benefits are awful. No maternity leave- if you don't pay into short term disability you're out of luck if you get pregnant. No opportunity for paid holidays for some leaderships positions unless you use PTO. PTO is the only available option to get time off- no sick, personal, or vacation time. The only consistent thing with this company is change. They change any and everything they want at the drop of a hat. They "re-budget" to change bonuses constantly even when you think they're set in place with little to no explanation. My compensation plan has changed twice and I've only been with the company a year.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
