Pros

Great training and readiness overall for your role. Fun atmosphere with networking potential.

Cons

Scheduling requires that you be there at different times every day, depending on your team setup. Ranging from 8am - 9pm Company compensation and joining offers change very rapidly, making it almost impossible to accurately predict your income level within a month's time frame. Quotas are attainable, although you may not be able to reach them regularly without a referral network and or corporate partnership periodically. At ideal levels, income potential is lackluster due to the new payment structure. (i.e. you no longer can make big bank on great months, and just make 20-30% more than average)

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
