Pros
Probably one of the best opportunities in the training world outside of owning your own gym (hard to be a personal trainer your whole life) Lots of opportunities to sell You do get benefits You can somewhat make your own schedule if you do well enough
Cons
VERY little vacation time Low ceiling - the only way to make more money is to work more hours and to make good money, it requires 55-60 client hours Company is constantly complimenting itself and constantly putting bad products out that trainers are expected to sell VERY little continuing education help Company is very poorly managed and encourages inter departmental competition instead of team work Company penny pinches employees on company products like supplements and in the cafe
