      Awesome company culture & people, and you get a free membership to the best gym in north america

      Cons

      low pay for commission only sales, and forever changing compensation plans that seem to make your pay checks lower every year and with ever increasing workloads you end up working crazy hours of un paid overtime just to hit quotas

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
