Pros

- 401K Plan + pretty good other benefits. - Freedom to do what you'd like, just make sure your performance is 100%. - Lots of opportunities for your health and fitness goals. - Able to inspire and help someone get back on track/reach their own goals. That part is very fulfilling. - Great Sales Team and training to get here is pretty enjoyable. - Upper Management are awesome and the 1:1 coaching is helpful in order to grow.

Cons

- 9-10 hour workdays. Variable hours depending on what the rest of the Sales Team/yourself has going on outside of work during the month. - Very little PTO. Once you've used it, in order to have time to take off, you have to work those extra days to make up for it. - Difficult to advance. - Easy to miss months where you will miss out on a bonus depending on the club. - Attrition Bonus tends to be a hit or miss - makes pay hard to live by when you rely on the bonuses.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
