Pros

If you want the best tools to aid your clients in their road to success, this is the place to be. It is nice to workout at your job.

Cons

This is a 100% commission job. No base salary, but you have benefits. The company grades and forces you to clean equipment FOR FREE to win what they call "Artistry." If you win that, only management gets a bonus! They make you go to several unpaid meetings every week to discuss the same issues. They make you reschedule your clients to go to unpaid meetings. No bonuses for hitting your revenue goals, so no incentives to work hard. A very high turnover work environment.

Pros

Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

Cons

Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
