      Great Sales Experience, Free membership, Toughens your skin out of college.

      Cons

      Long Hours, no pay for meetings an hour away, Extreme pressure tactics to close potential clients. Watch your back when it comes to fair lead distribution. You must be 100% bought in to everything about Life Time to succeed.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
