      Pros

      You will receive great educational support, advancement opportunities and the ability to make a great income if you're motivated enough

      Cons

      If you're not self motivated, this isn't the career path for you. You have the ability to make a great income, but know that you have to push yourself and do not rely on business just coming out of nowhere. Hard workers make great money, but know there are expectations.

      Pros

      Nice coworkers and accommodating management, amazing benefits and access to gym, fun work environment and good bartender training

      Cons

      Schedule made a month in advance and very difficult to switch shifts when it was finalized

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
