Pros
Good equipment, facilities, other co-workers are nice.....
Cons
Pay for trainers is all commission based. You can bust your butt and not really get paid, then have to pay off draw if you don't make a certain amount per hour based on what you sell. As a result trainers come off as car salesmen just trying to sell training and devices, lab tests, whatever, that clients may not necessarily need so they can make money. Doing right by the client isn't valued.
