      Pros

      The gym looks pretty and it appears to be a nice place.

      Cons

      From the start of working here the company tries to indoctrinate you making you work long hours, for commission only. The managers are the opposite of supportive, they will intentionally steal your sales. I had a friend come in to see me and buy something so my manager stole the commission. All this company cares about is profit. The buildings are built fast and cheaply.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
