Pros

Great benefits after 3 months. Excellent gyms to work out in. Potential for career advancement in club and to other clubs.

Cons

You are treated like a cog in the machine producing profits for the club. Everything you do is tracked in Salesforce real time and you have managers in the club, in the region and at the corporate office that will come down hard and fast if you are not producing that day of that month. Absolutely no concern for work/life/family balance. You will work every holiday, every weekend and many nights. And the last 3 days of every month as well. Even if that makes 14 days without a day off.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
