Pros

Membership to use any club Fast past atmosphere Dealing with people and not crunching numbers on papers

Cons

No time to use that all access membership My best way to describe working for Life Time for friends, family, potential employees...think of yourself as a wet towel, Life Time squeezes out every last drop out of you until you're bone dry and you quit. They just go on to the next towel, train them, and repeat the cycle. Seems like they are okay with turnover.

Pros

Great healthy way of life promoted to employees as part of goals and balance of work with life. Flexible time off with mixture of paid time off.

Cons

Does not recognize federal holidays - not a bank - so use personal celebration days to take time off when requested.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
