Pros

Great Team Environment - Team Rapport is strong within clubs Can manage your own schedule quite well. Equipment is great.

Cons

Very hard to have work life balance whilst earning enough to be financially stable. Corporate makes quick changes that don’t always seem to be in best interest of staff. Annual leave is only 5 days/year - which makes it hard to maintain full-time status to keep you health insurance. Seems to sales focused at times which takes the enjoyment out of training people.

Pros

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Cons

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
