      Lots of opportunities for growth, and being in charge of your own earning. Emphasis towards consistent growth and learning.

      Cons

      Company often works Their employees into the ground. It’s very difficult to do work here and maintain a healthy work life balance.

      Pros

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
