Pros
Nice people to work with on your team-depending. Fun photographing.
Cons
Management doesn’t care about their employees, they only care about the job getting done and how the school feels. You are the face that walks into these schools so if there’s a problem, you’re the one that gets yelled at by directors when it’s higher ups fault. You’ll get sent to a job without things you need to do your job effectively such as a roster of children’s names and your left there rushing to type in 150+ kids names before you have to start for the day. Things that should already be done for you before you start. If you try and call corporate to voice your concern they tell you to ‘deal with it’ because there’s nothing they can do on their end. You’re not paid enough to be treated like trash from your higher ups. If you have something like a doctors appointment and you give your notice that you need the day off a month in advance they’ll give you so much crap for it because they don’t want anyone taking off, even for health reasons. You’ll find a much better job-don’t work here even as a last resort.
