Not what it used to be. Worked there on and off over 10 years. - Contractor Liveops Employee Review

Pros

Work from home, no commute.

Cons

Low pay, Minimal training for the jobs that do become available which are few and far between. Once training was over the phone systems were not operational to start nesting so it was not possible to start the nesting process within the required timeframe for the position. Ultimately the weeks of training were unpaid wasted time because I was unable to start nesting during the nesting timeframe due to Liveops having technical difficulties. I was not going to take calls from patients with no training on their phone systems knowing I had to meet a minimum call time and still address patients needs with care and empathy that would not be possible.

Pros

It’s a job. Cool avenue for a little bit of side money.

Cons

Getting shifts is hard. They tend to over-saturate the contracts so you’ll start off getting access to shifts but then it’ll stop because they have too many training classes back to back. They’ll also kick you off of a contract for anything even when the system issues are on their end or the clients end. The pay schedule also sucks it’s semi-monthly but behind so you don’t get paid in a timely fashion. You want a faster way to access some side money you’re better off applying to Amazon or Home Depot or something an employer who quick hires and puts you on a rapid pay schedule.
