      4/10 schedule and hybrid Pay is good Lots of opportunity to transfer to different jobs and teams

      Very inefficient and work is often over complicated No one knows what other people do leading to inefficiency LM is strict about coming into office and monitors people To much reorganizing of teams led to a lot of confusion

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
