Pros
Not sure how other business areas work, but at LM RMS, the culture is both aggressive towards innovation, but also very personable. I am extremely happy in my role and my team, and have had a great experience working across other teams.
Cons
Salaried employee, but need to track minutes/hours worked to a T. I understand why it is important to record time accurately, especially for this line of work, but feels like a chore.
